How does the Trademark Application Process work?
In our country, the Hungarian Intellectual Property Office acts as the authority during trademark application procedures. On average, the application procedure takes 6-8 months, but there is an option for an accelerated procedure; however, the fee for these procedures is higher than that of the standard procedure.
