In the case of a national trademark application, the prices are as follows:
- for one class: HUF 81,000
- for two classes: HUF 108,000
- for three classes: HUF 148,000
- for four classes: HUF 202,000
- for each additional class: an additional HUF 54,000
If we wish to initiate an accelerated procedure, we must calculate the following extra costs in addition to the standard fees:
- for one class: HUF 81,000
- for two classes: HUF 108,000
- for three classes: HUF 148,000
- for four classes: HUF 202,000
- for each additional class: an additional HUF 54,000
Based on the above, it is clear that there can be a significant difference in the total fee to be paid during the application based on the number of classes, so we can save a significant amount with a well-thought-out application.
